2 hours after I wrote that manifesto, I stumbled across sxip in an article written by Tim O'Reilly. They're doing about 70% of the vision I outlined in my previous post, but they are surrounded in secrets since they seem to be running in "stealth mode". It appears that they don't have anyone signed up yet, but they have the potential to be a worthy player in this field.
Thanks to all the anthropologists out there who will not rest until everything has a name. Meet the yeppies.
It's spelled out so rationally here... I mean why make all sorts of lifelong decisions when you're still a 22 year old jackass? Our uber connected world offers more and more paths and choices by the day. We don't want to automatically settle for what made sense 30 years ago. So those of you living non-traditional lifestyles, the yeppies have your back.
